DIRT’s Workforce Development Services provides support for neurodivergent jobseekers. This series of programs includes job coaching, workshops, and transportation training. Job Development

We offer career development services to job seekers who want to connect with a DIRT coach. Our coaching staff can help with things like:

  • Identifying short-term employment goals

  • Setting long-term career goals

  • Developing your resume

  • Applying for work

  • Interviewing

  • Contacting and following up with employers

We offer custom coaching to meet your personal needs. Please reach out if you want to use this service!

Job Coaching

Want to become a pro at using the Regional Transportation District (RTD) systems? We know that reliable transportation is a vital part of an employment journey. With our transportation training, you can:

  • Learn to navigate the RTD system

  • Become more independent

  • Get to work with confidence

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Neurodivergent folks who want to learn how to use RTD systems to get to and from work.

 

Ways to fund these services

There are lots of ways to fund your internship, such as:

  • Self-pay

  • Medicaid

  • Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) resources

If you’re not using DVR funds, let us know what other source you'd like to use!

*Please note that DVR cannot guarantee payment. All applicants must first go through DVR's enrollment process. Ultimately, DVR determines who is eligible for funding.
