That’s because there is no secret to being well and if we’re honest, we may may have been looking for that magic bullet here and there. And while that doesn’t exist (or if it does let us know!), there are some foundational ways that we can cultivate wellbeing daily. Moreover, we can even cultivate specifically to actually be able to meet our needs, but can take a shift in perspective, intentionality, and action.

Mindfulness skills to “hear” what our mind and body needs
Active and intentional ways to create space each week for self-care
Aligning our self-care practices with awareness of needs
How we can use personal check-ins effectively to challenge “the drift”
